Based on Dr. Donald Epstein’s book ‘The Twelve Stages of Healing’, SRI teaches your brain to pay attention to your body. Using your breath, movement, and awareness in specific ways, you’ll gain access to hidden energy sources locked in your body, and be able to shift tightness and even your mindset quickly.
