Your First Visit
When you come into our elegant, modern practice, our front desk staff will greet you, make you feel at home, and take you on a tour of the office so you know where everything is and can feel comfortable. Then you’ll meet with Dr. Laura for your consultation. She’ll talk with you about what’s going on with your life, and she’ll ask about your health history. She’s an excellent listener and takes time to make sure you feel heard and that she fully understands your needs and goals.
Our neurostructural examination is thorough and allows Dr. Laura to locate where your body has stored stress and trauma from the past, and how that is linked to symptoms you have now. This visit typically takes between 30 – 45 minutes. We do the following:
- Two computerized nerve tests
- Computerized postural analysis
- Range of motion assessment
- Functional neurological testing
- Spinal palpation (feeling your spine)
Your Second Visit
At your next appointment, Dr. Laura will go over all the results of your tests with you, explaining all her findings and how they relate to your health conditions. She’ll answer all your questions, confirm if she can accept your case, and share a plan for care that will help you get the changes you came for.
We’ll discuss finances and frequency of visits. Then, if you’re ready to begin, you’ll receive your first NetworkSpinal adjustment. We have people plan on 30 minutes total for this second visit. Ongoing adjustment-only visits take 10-15 minutes.
