Easy breathing practice to lower stress

One of the quickest ways we can lower stress is through breathing. It gets you a quick reset, and you can do it anywhere. In this video, I talked with local yoga teacher Marina Koyen. She shared a bit about what this past year has been like for her, and gives a demo of alternate nostril breathing technique. You can use this easy breathing pattern to calm your body and focus your mind.
